Gornation’s annual competition at FIBO in Cologne. Two formats: Freestyle Calisthenics (1v1 battles, judges) and Strength Endurance (knockout rounds with weighted exercises). First edition in 2024.
Freestyle is single elimination, ending in a 3-way final. Rounds last 1 minute each. Four judges score separately, one per category: Statics, Dynamics, Power Dynamics, Combinations. Majority vote wins. Endurance uses a knockout bracket where routines get heavier with each round.
Both formats have men’s and women’s categories. Prize money of €7,000+ announced for 2027.
